Sheena Ringo

Singer-songwriter and Fukuoka native Sheena Ringo was born on November 25, 1978, the Year of the Horse, and made her debut in 1998 with the single “A View of Happiness.” She performed with the band Incidents Tokyo from 2004 to 2012. Along with solo projects she has also energetically written songs for other singers and for the stage and screen. In 2009 she was honored by the Japanese government with a prestigious award for her artistic accomplishments.
